  • What hours can I have my event?
    Our hourly bookings must choose between our daytime hours (9am-3pm) or evening hours (4pm-11pm). Our packages hours includes setup and breakdown before and after your event, please plan accordingly. Additional hours are charged at $150 per hour.
  • What amenities does the venue include?
    Kindly look at our pricing to see what is included in your service. We have round and rectangle tables that sits 6-8 people and we also provide a sound system for music or audio. Additionally, you are welcome to choose from one of our preferred vendor lists or bring your own. If you are bringing your own vendor, i.e (caterer or bartender) they must meet the minimum requirement to provide service in our establishment. Outside catering is allowed.
  • How do I set up a tour of the venue?
    Tours are by appointment only, kindly reach out by completing our inquiry form and someone will reach out to you. Unfortunately, no drop ins as we work off-site.
  • What are the facility restrictions?
    We don't allow confetti, glitter, chocolate fountains, open flames, silly string, and unlicensed/uninsured outside vendors. Any decorations and signage may not be adhered to walls or ceilings with tape, nails or tacks.
  • Will someone be onsite for my event?
    We do not have staff on site for the duration of your event.
  • Is there parking available?
    We are located in the heart of downtown Covington, with ample meter parking and a garage parking right across the street. On-street parking meters operate from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday. The cost equates to $1.50 an hour (with the first 15 minutes free).
  • Are fees & deposits refundable?
    Down payments for reserving spaces and payments toward your event are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.
